FormSide is a UK-built booking system for sports camps and weekly training programmes that keeps going after the money lands: the register, the medical notes, the instalments and the request to delete a record. This page is about why it exists, what we believe, and how it is run.
WHY FORMSIDE EXISTS
Most tools stop at the payment.
Booking software is built around the moment money changes hands. You get a form, a payment and a CSV, and then you are on your own: a printed list, a pen, and a medical note somewhere in an email thread.
But a camp is not judged at checkout. It is judged on Saturday morning, when forty children arrive at once, a coach needs to know about an allergy before lunch, and a grandparent who is not on the list turns up at the gate. It is judged again at the end of the season, when the bank statement has to match the bookings, and two years later, when a parent asks what you still hold about their child.
FormSide carries on through all of it: the place that is held while a family types, the instalment that charges itself, the register that records who collected whom, the message from a parent, and the erasure request that leaves the accounts intact. One system, from the first click to the last record; the product page walks through each part.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Four things we will not trade away.

The desk is the product
Most tools stop at the payment. A camp is judged at 8:45 on the first morning, when a coach needs the medical note and a parent needs to know who is allowed to collect. We design backwards from that moment; the booking form is just the way to get there.

Families' data is borrowed, not owned
A parent lends you their child's details so you can look after them for a week. That means collecting less, showing each person only what their job needs, keeping it no longer than you said, and handing it back — or erasing it — the moment they ask.

Money must reconcile
Every payment, refund and dispute is an event that is added to the record, never an edit to it. A bank transfer carries a reference that matches itself. At the end of the season the numbers add up without anyone's memory being involved.

No commission
We do not take a cut of your bookings. A plan is a plan; the camp fee is yours. Growing a programme should not make your software more expensive per child.

UK-built
Bank transfer is a first-class payment rail, prices are in sterling, and the privacy tools were written with the ICO's guidance open in the next tab.
In beta
FormSide is in use and still being shaped by the organisers who use it. We would rather ship the register you need this season than the feature list that demos well.
Free while in beta
The Free plan runs a real camp with no limit on live camps or team members. We will give notice before the beta ends, and nothing you have published will be taken down.

It takes bookings and payments by card, bank transfer, instalments or cash, then runs the registration desk: QR check-in, medical notes, coach groups, an incident log and a register that records who collected each child. FormSide is free while it is in beta, with no limit on live camps or team members and no commission on bookings; organisers will be given notice before pricing changes.
