What that includesFOR FAMILIES
Booking a sports camp on FormSide takes one form for all your children, paid by card or bank transfer, and every pass, balance and message lives in your account afterwards. No account is needed to book.

HOW BOOKING WORKS
When you start booking, a place is held for you while you fill in the form. If the camp is full, join the waitlist and a freed place is offered to you with its own deadline.
Book more than one child in a single checkout and pay one total. Each child gets their own booking and admission pass under one family reference.
Pay by card, or by bank transfer using the unique reference and deadline you are given. Where the organiser offers it, pay a deposit and the rest in instalments.
A camp can be booked whole or by the day. A weekly programme — eight Tuesdays at 17:30, say — is one booking for the whole block, with every session date listed on your pass and confirmation.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Sign in with your email and every booking you have made is there, whichever organiser it was with. The step-by-step version, including how to update medical notes after booking, is in the help centre for families.
Sign in to your accountOne pass per child, with a QR code for the desk and the timetable — or, for a weekly programme, every session date. Save it to your phone before the day.
See what is paid, what is outstanding and the exact reference to use so the organiser can match your transfer.
Date of birth, medical notes and emergency contact are kept in your account, so you never retype them next season.
Ask about drop-off, kit or dietary needs in one thread from your account. Replies are emailed to you as well, and unread messages are flagged when you sign in.
ON THE DAY
Staff scan it to check your child in. Medical notes and allergies are in front of them as your child arrives.
Add a collection note to the booking. It is shown to staff at check-out so the right adult collects your child.
Organisers split a camp into coach groups. Staff at the desk see which group your child is in and who is coaching it, so hand-over goes to the right person.
An injury, a child feeling unwell, a near miss: staff record it at the time, and the organiser emails you in writing with what happened and what was done.
AFTER CAMP
Photo consent is off by default and asked for on the booking form. Camp photos are shown in your account only for bookings where you gave consent.
An hour after camp ends you are asked for a rating and a comment, with no sign-in needed. It is shown publicly only with your explicit consent; private feedback — what went well, what to improve — goes to the organiser alone, and they can reply.
Messages with the organiser stay in your account after camp, alongside the pass and the receipt, so next season starts where this one left off.
IS IT SAFE?
Your money goes to the organiser, not FormSide, and every organiser confirms its legal name and address before it can publish. One page explains all of it, in plain language.
