- Have authority to publish every camp, price, image, policy and piece of content.
- Show every unavoidable family charge clearly and keep availability and booking windows accurate.
- Collect only information needed for the stated camp purpose, with particular restraint for children and health information.
- Use permissions, marketing lists and photography lawfully and honour opt-outs or withdrawals.
- Follow the safeguarding, consumer, equality, tax, employment, licensing and data-protection rules that apply to the real operation.
You must not
- Publish a fake, unsafe, unlawful or misleading camp or create false scarcity.
- Claim FormSide has inspected, approved, insured or safeguarded a camp.
- Use unverified trust marks, reviews, qualifications, DBS claims, registration status or outcome figures.
- Request passwords, full card details, unnecessary medical histories, criminal records or other excessive sensitive information through custom fields.
- Upload content that infringes privacy, confidentiality, copyright, image rights or a child's safety.
- Probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass security, rate limits, tenant separation or access controls.
- Send unlawful electronic marketing or mix promotional content into transactional booking messages without a valid basis.
Enforcement
FormSide may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend a listing or account, preserve evidence, or report activity where that is reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law or investigate a credible breach. Where practical and safe, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
Serious or repeated misuse may lead to termination under the organiser terms. Rights and duties that need to continue after termination, including payment, confidentiality, data return, audit and legal claims, remain effective.
Report a concern
Email support@formside.app with the page or workspace involved and a concise description. Do not use this route for an emergency involving a child.
